Shipping & Returns

At Maiswim, we strive to deliver your orders in a timely manner. Please note the following estimated delivery times:

  • Within the European Union (EU): Up to 5 business days.
  • Outside the European Union (EU): Up to 10 business days.
  • Delivery times are approximate for orders placed before 9 am Monday - Friday, based on PT time zone.


CUSTOMS IMPORT DUTY & TAXES:

Please be aware of the following customs import duty and tax policies:

Maiswim is not liable for customs clearance fees in your country, nor are we responsible for holding times of packages by customs.
The prices on our online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur when purchasing and importing to your country.
These costs are determined by your local customs office and are outside our control. We recommend familiarizing yourself with your country's customs charges and levies before placing an order.
Maiswim is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country's postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes. Please keep an eye on your shipment when a tracking number is provided to avoid delays.
If you choose to reject or refuse delivery due to customs fees, a 25€ return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.
All items are to be signed for by DHL or CTT. If you are not home to receive your package, have no one else to sign for the item, and have not organized an alternative way to collect your package, a 25€ fee will occur if the item is returned to us.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; Maiswim will not cover return shipping.

RETURNS:

At Maiswim, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. Please note the following regarding returns:

Maiswim reserves the right to reject the return of goods that are not returned in accordance with our Delivery & Returns Policy.
We offer a refund for full-priced items* returned to us within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with our terms and conditions of returns.
If your item isn't full-priced (e.g., used a discount code or purchased a sale garment), we offer a store credit if the item(s) are returned to us within 14 days from the date of delivery, following our terms and conditions of returns.

STEPS FOR RETURNING YOUR ITEMS:

Try on your garments over underwear.
Ensure all unwanted garments have tags/hygiene stickers attached in their original condition. Place items back in the garment bag.
Read our terms and conditions of purchase below to avoid any confusion and processing delays.
Post your return to the provided address. You can choose either regular or express shipping, using the shipping company of your choice. We recommend obtaining a return tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Once the items arrive at Maiswim HQ, you will receive an email confirmation that your items have been refunded or your store credit is ready to use.

Please allow up to 3-4 business days for your return to be processed during sale periods.
