We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over 100€. At Maiswim, we believe in delivering exceptional value, which includes not only premium-quality products but also a smooth and transparent shopping experience from checkout to delivery.
Delivery Times
1. Orders Within the European Union (EU)
Orders shipped within the EU typically arrive within 3–5 business days from dispatch, unless otherwise stated.
2. International Orders (Outside the EU)
International orders generally arrive within 5–7 business days from dispatch. Please note that customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our control.
3. Possible Shipping Delays
Once your order has left our warehouse, delivery times may be affected by:
- Customs processing in the destination country
- Carrier delays due to weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances
We regret that we cannot expedite delivery or influence shipping speed once an order has been dispatched. For the most accurate updates, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
Tracking Information
Tracking details usually update within 24 hours of dispatch. However, delays may occur due to courier issues beyond our control.
- If tracking has not updated within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us through our Contact Us page.
- For international standard shipping, tracking should update within 3 working days of dispatch.
- If your international order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact our customer care team for assistance.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you via the email provided at checkout.
- If we do not receive a response within 5 business days, we reserve the right to issue a refund minus the original shipping fees.
Split Shipments
If your order is shipped in multiple packages, refunds can only be issued for items successfully returned to our warehouse.
Customs & Duties
Customs policies and import regulations vary by country.
- Orders shipped within the EU are generally not subject to customs duties, although standard VAT rates may apply.
- Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, taxes, or handling fees.
These charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs and are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing an order to avoid unexpected charges.

Requests submitted outside this portal cannot be processed.
Return Eligibility
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible:
- Items must be new, unused, and unworn
- All original packaging and tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in perfect condition
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Refund Processing
- Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions
- Inspection typically takes 7–14 business days
- Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Funds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
