All products are described as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing differences.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse orders in case of error or suspected fraud

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are shown in EUR (€) and include VAT at the applicable Portuguese rate, unless stated otherwise.
  • Shipping costs are displayed before order confirmation.
  • Payment is due at the time of purchase using the available payment methods.

A contract is formed only after you receive an order confirmation email.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Right)

In accordance with EU and Portuguese law, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Conditions

Returned products must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in original condition and packaging
  • Include hygiene seals and tags intact (where applicable)

⚠️ For hygiene reasons, swimwear or intimate products cannot be returned if seals have been removed, except in case of defect.

6.2 Return Shipping

  • The customer bears the direct cost of returning goods, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

6.3 Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
  • Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

7. Defective or Incorrect Products

If a product is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

In such cases:

  • Return shipping costs are covered by Maiswim
  • You are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Portuguese law

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
