It has integrated menstrual technology inside the suit that can absorb menstrual fluid without bulk or discomfort, enabling you to swim without worrying about leaks while on your period.

Similar to Maiswim’s other period swimwear, it’s designed to absorb up to around 18 ml (approx. 2 regular tampons) of menstrual fluid, suitable for light to moderate flow days.

It depends on your flow. For lighter days and swimming, many people wear it on its own. For heavier flow or longer water sessions, you may prefer to use additional protection (like a menstrual cup) with it.
